1) What’s your warranty on standard spare parts?

Here is a general summary:

  • 1. 12 month warranty covers only manufacturer defects/workmanship, and does not include cracks or incidental damages.
  • 2. We do not accept returns with technician damage
  • 3. Parts must be purchased from GSMFATHERSHOP.COM
  • 4. If the part is broken in transit, we allow 3 business days to return.  RMA must be made by then.
  • 5. Upon return, parts are to be sent back in "like-new" condition (as feasible).


How do I start a return?

We make the process super easy, all you have to do is head over to our returns page and follow the steps to initiate an 

RMA. In summary the steps are like this:

  • Start a return through your customer account
  • hoose the order number and item(s) you need to return
  • Specify the reason for the return
  • ubmit the return, wait for acceptance on our side
  • Once you get acceptance e-mail, print the packing list and send the item back
  • Once we get the item back, we will inspect it and credit your account

What’s the warranty on batteries?

Here is a general summary:

  • 90 days’ warranty covers only manufacturer defects/workmanship, and does not include cracks or incidental damages.
  • We do not accept returns with technician damage
  • Parts must be purchased from GSMFATHERSHOP.COM
  • If the battery is broken in transit, we allow 30 business days to return.  RMA must be made by then.
  • Upon return, parts are to be sent back in "like-new" condition (as feasible).


Do you charge a restocking fee for return on unused items?


We offer a 30 Day, no questions asked policy on unused non-defective items. That means that you have 30 days from when you order a product to return it back to us for a full refund (minus shipping.) If you'd like to be refunded back to your card or PayPal, mention on the RMA paperwork and it will be processed once your return arrives.

If you would like to return your unused, non-defective product after the 30 day period there will be a 15% restocking fee (The 15% will be deducted off the lesser of the current selling price or original purchased buying price.) Refund amount will be given as store credit which can be used to buy anything at our store. Don't worry, the credit will never expire.

At this time we don't accept any returns after the 90 day period, but the warranty will still be valid.


Are OEM actual parts from the manufacturer?

At this moment most, if not all, device manufacturers don't distribute OEM parts for the repair community, so in most cases they are not 100% OEM. In our industry various terms are used to differentiate quality and price differences, what we are trying to do with the OEM moniker is make is easy for you as the consumer to differentiate what everyone means.

That being said, our OEM parts are the closest you will get to the real thing. They are manufactured using either actual OEM parts or using OEM grade parts (such as the glass.) In other cases sometimes the parts being offered as OEM are pulled from existing devices or are OEM grade products which were available in the global supply chain.

Because the availability of parts like these are limited, price can be higher, but you can trust they are the best parts in the business.

Warranty Policy

GSMFATHERSHOP.COM is proud to offer a 30 days warranty for all of our spare parts. We know in the repair industry you not only need a vendor with the best prices and great service, but a partner who can help each other succeed.

How does our warranty work?

All items returned to us for warranty will be eligible for full refund via store credit. Refund price is determined by the current selling price of the item or your purchase price, whichever is lower. There is no restocking fee for items eligible for warranty. If you’re looking for a refund to the original form of payment for your return, please indicate on the RMA paperwork that you are looking for a credit card or PayPal refund. No direct refunds will be issued after fifteen (15) days from the original order.

  • All defective merchandise, unless otherwise indicated on this warranty page or explicitly on the product page, may be returned for store credit. Customer is responsible for properly packing return merchandise to ensure it is not damaged in transit. In all cases shipping cost will be paid by the customer. Return merchandise that is physically damaged when received will not be eligible for a replacement or a refund.

A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) is required for all warranty and product returns. Any product returned to us without an RMA number will not be processed and items will be recycled within fifteen (15) days of receiving them.

All returns will be issued as store credit unless otherwise agreed upon by GSMFATHERSHOP.COM

  • Physical damage of any kind is not covered by this warranty.
  • Technician damage of any kind is not covered by this warranty.
  • Batteries only have a three (3) months warranty.

Any item no longer carried or sold by GSMFATHERSHOP.COM is not eligible for refund or store credit if the item being returned has been purchased greater than 30 days ago.

Warranty on any items which appear to have been installed will be reviewed on a case by case basis and will be at the sole discretion of GSMFATHERSHOP.COM. This includes anything with scratches, scuff marks, removed adhesive, etc. We urge you to carefully inspect and test the product before installation! If an iPad digitizer (not LCD) screen is returned with adhesive or screen protectors removed it will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. We highly recommend testing all iPad's prior to removing the adhesive and screen protectors. GSMFATHERSHOP.COM reserves the right to refuse any warranty return if it shows signs of being installed or tampered with beforehand.

GSMFATHERSHOP.COM will not cross ship any products. In order to cross ship, a new item will need to be purchased, and a refund or store credit will be applied once we receive and test the defective part.

  • Any item not accepted for return will be recycled unless specified by customer. We can send it back with your next shipment or you can pay to have it sent back to you.
  • Parts being returned must be purchased from GSMFATHERSHOP.COM, anything received which is not ours will be recycled in fifteen (15) days’ time.
  • Upon return, parts are to be sent back in "like-new" condition (as feasible).


How do our returns work?

We understand sometimes you order the incorrect part or don't need a part any longer, we also want to help accommodate our customers in these cases. All unused items are eligible for return up to 30 days from date of purchase.

0 - 30 Days

All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date for a full refund at the current selling price or your purchase price, lower of the two, less shipping. Item(s) must be in original condition with all packaging and no stickers, stamps, or labels removed. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) is required for all returns. All returns will be issued as store credit unless otherwise agreed upon by GSMFATHERSHOP.COM beforehand. No cash / card refunds will be given after fifteen (15) day period.

Unused Tools, accessories, adhesive, & screen protectors are not eligible for returns after the thirty (30) day period.

Order Discrepancies

Customers must notify us of any order discrepancy or shipping damage within seven (7) days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly. A return merchandise authorization number (RMA#) will be required.

Policy Abuse

Unfortunately, some customers abuse our generous return, warranty, and other policies. Accordingly, we will be forced to apply stricter policies to those abusive customers. If we determine blatant abuse of our generous policy your account may be revoked and any store credit will not be refunded.

Policy Changes

GSMFATHERSHOP.COM returns/exchanges/warranty policies are subject to change at any time, and no warning or notice is necessary.
